Weekend cat blogging: George turns over

George on his backGeorge loves to sleep on his back, but the tough thing is getting up out of the position.
George trying to turn overHe was like a bug here, legs flailing, trying to turn himself over. He's a bit plump, which doesn't help, and he never has good balance what with his missing foot and all, anyway. Eventually he made it upright again. Good going, Georgie! He was a bit humiliated when he realized I had captured his ordeal on film, but after he ate some leftover grilled chicken he was mollified.

Chef Sarah Jane is hosting WCB this weekend; go there to see what all the other fenomenal felines are up to.

Aww. Isn't it cute how kitties can be so self-concious if they think we are laughing at them?

Adorable picture!!!! He looks so cute there. I'm so glad you gave him the grilled chicken, but now he will probably try the turning over trick all the time, trying to get some chicken! (I would!)
